What is Longrun Roofing?
Custom cut length single sheets of roofing that are continuous from ridge to gutter with a minimum number of overlapping joins to suit the roof design.

What happens upon acceptance of a quote?
- We will confirm timeframes with you and organise for the material/labour as necessary.
- We will also ask you to confirm by email/fax the gauge, colour and profile.
- It is also advantageous to provide building consent details at this stage so that a “Record of building work” or “ROW” can be prepared. .
What is a "Record Of Building Work" or "ROW"?
- For new and addition roofs.
- It informs council of the Licensed Building Practitioner who performed work on your roof.
- It states the site address, building consent number and a thorough description of the roofing work.
- You can rest assured that the signature on our “ROW” is that of the person who actually laid or supervised the roofing works.
What is a "Licensed Building Practitioner" or "LBP"?
- The LBP scheme came in on the 1st of April 2012.
- A Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) is a licensed tradesperson you can trust to carry out building work.
- LBPs get their licence after an assessment of their competence to do the type of building works they hold a licence for.
- All LBPs can only carry out work they are licensed to do.
- You’ll need to use LBPs for any work affecting the structure of a building or weather tightness.
